How I can download my artwork?

Please note that currently, you can't download a digital file through the Etsy app. To download a digital file, you must sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser. To access your digital files from your account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com from a web browser and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews (https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases) 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Etsy also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.

I paid with Apple Pay and where is my email with download links?

If you chose ‘Hide my email’ when signing into Etsy via the app, it assigned you a random email to keep your personal email private. The Etsy email containing the downloads would then not be sent to your personal address. When you signed into Etsy using the app, you might have selected the "Hide My Email" option, which generates a random email address in order to keep your personal email private. If so, you won't receive the automatic email from Etsy that has a link to download your files. Try logging into Etsy using a web browser (not the app) and going to your Purchases page (https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases) to find your downloads.

Can I get a custom size of the printable wall art?

Yes! I can adjust the printable artwork files to your desired size. Just let me know the dimensions you need!

Can I get a Frame TV Art file transformed into a Printable Wall Art file?

Yes! If you love a Frame TV Art design and would like it as a printable Wall Art version, just let me know, and I will adapt it for you. The same applies if you accidentally purchased a Frame TV Art file but intended to buy a printable version—I’m happy to adjust it accordingly.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

"FelicityAndFelicitas" is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once our printing partner prints and hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery of physical products?

Due to the made to order nature of the physical items we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery.
