PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Standard Time: Currently, production takes 5 to7 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).
Updates: Please check the shop announcements for the most current production schedule, as times may extend during busy periods.
Urgent Orders: Contact us directly regarding the possibility of a rush order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
US Orders: Shipped via USPS First Class (estimated 3-5 business days transit time) or USPS Priority Mail (estimated 1-3 business days transit time).
Canada Orders: Shipped via USPS First Class (estimated 2-3 weeks transit time).
Faster Options: Priority Mail and other expedited shipping services are available to select during checkout. Please note that upgrading shipping does not affect the production time.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS (MACHINE WASHABLE)
Washing: Use a gentle cycle on your machine or hand wash in cold water(Up to 40°C)
Drying: For the best care, tumble dry on a low setting or, ideally, hang to air dry.
Ironing: While linen's natural texture is lovely, you may iron inside-out on medium-high heat or use a steamer if preferred.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for all non-customized products.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your total refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to both returns and exchanges.
Non-Eligible Items: Customized and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Process: To start a return or exchange, you must notify us via Etsy messages within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in excellent, good condition.
