This is a bed throw, not a bed blanket. It is sized to lie across the foot of a bed rather than to cover one, and it will not drape over the sides of a mattress — which is why it is not offered in queen or king bed sizes.

ORIGIN
The fibre is combed from Chyangra goats in Mustang, high in the Nepali Himalaya. It is then spun, handwoven and hand-knit in our partner workshop in Kathmandu.

Certification means the fibre content and origin have been checked by a third party rather than claimed only by the seller.

Q: How should I care for it, and will it pill?
A: Hand-wash cool with a little cashmere or delicate-wash shampoo, or dry-clean; dry flat, never wrung or hung. Some light pilling is normal on hand-knit cashmere in the first weeks of use, mostly where the throw rubs against upholstery.
