How long will it take to receive my order?

I will ship your order within one business day of receiving payment, unless there are circumstances beyond my control. I ship orders Monday through Saturday (except holidays). If there is a delay with shipping your order, I will contact you directly. Please allow 2-9 business days for your item to arrive.

What do I do if my order gets lost in the mail?

Unfortunately, I can't be held responsible for lost or damaged goods once I ship them and they are out of my hand. However, please message me and we can try to work something out. :)

Once your order has shipped, you can track it using the shipping information included on your order detail page. The order detail page is accessible by the link in your order confirmation email or via your user account order records.

My package says it was delivered but I never received it. What do I do?

If your package has been marked as delivered but you still haven’t received it, please consider the following: 1) Checking your tracking history closely to see if it has any details explaining where and how it was delivered. 2) Check the shipping address on your order to make sure it was delivered to your expected address. 3) Check with your local post office to see if they received it. 4) Check with your neighbors/front desk/mailroom etc. 5) Check with your regular mail carrier at the soonest opportunity

My order was "returned to sender", what do I do?

If your order was returned to sender, there was likely an issue with your shipping address that made your order undeliverable. You can check your tracking history for details that might explain what exactly went wrong in this case. These orders eventually make their way back to us and will be refunded as a return. If you’d rather have the order order re-sent please reach out to us with your order number and the correct address.

I received a wrong book, what should I do?

From time to time a human error results in an order with the wrong books in it! If you’ve received wrong items, please reach out to us to request either a resend or a refund of your order. Please include a picture of the incorrect items if at all possible.

I entered the wrong address on my order. Can I adjust it?

Once an order is sent and begins processing, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping or billing information. You may try using the USPS intercept service described here: https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm If the address is inaccessible, or contains a typo, your package will likely be returned to us and refunded to you. If you need to arrange a replacement package because your order was returned to us, please contact us through Etsy.
