What is your parcel shipping policy?

We ship smaller objects with UPS and USPS. All shipments are fully insured and adhere to carrier packing guidelines. Shipping costs for smaller items are free up to $100. If a parcel shipment exceeds $100, the remaining costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please reach out to us for a free shipping quote on items you are interested in purchasing.

What is your freight shipping policy?

Free freight shipping is available for most large items. Conditions/restrictions apply: All shipments are considered FOB. Free delivery is only offered on orders in the continental US. Shipping for freight items is free up to $500. If freight shipping costs exceed $500, the buyer is responsible for any overages. Free freight delivery services include: delivery to a freight terminal, curbside delivery, and door-to-door delivery. White glove delivery services are *not included* in our free freight shipping policy, but may be available for a fee. Buyers may be subject to fees in cases where a delivery location is remote/difficult to access, or where a shipment requires special handling. Please contact us for a quote prior to purchasing.

What does it mean for a freight shipment to be FOB?

All freight shipments are considered FOB (Free on Board), meaning the buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipment the moment it leaves our loading dock. Any risk of loss or damage after this point is assumed solely by the buyer. All shipments scheduled by our team will be fully insured, and we are happy to assist buyers in the claims process in the event of damage or loss. However, we are not responsible for any damages, loss, or deductibles.

What are average freight shipping times?

Delivery for freight items averages between 2-4 weeks. Longer delivery times are to be expected in cases where a delivery location is remote or when an order contains especially large or fragile items.

Monumental industrial hardware cabinet constructed from solid hardwood, fitted with an extraordinary array of 370 drawers in graduated sizes. The upper section features a dense grid of small drawers with brass pulls and label holders, originally intended for the organized storage of fasteners, fittings, or precision hardware, while the stepped lower section incorporates larger drawers for bulkier stock. Drawer interiors are metal-lined, reinforcing the cabinet's role in a working industrial or commercial environment. The cabinet presents a strong architectural presence, with its sheer scale and repetition of drawers creating a striking visual rhythm rooted in pure function.

Industrial cabinets of this type were produced for factories, machine shops, and hardware distributors during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, when systematic parts storage became essential to modern manufacturing. Built to endure decades of hard use, these cabinets were rarely marked and were valued for capacity, durability, and modular construction. This example separates into two main sections, allowing for transport and installation despite its substantial size and weight.

Completely refinished in shop. Shows punctures, cracks, and losses to the rear boards consistent with age and industrial use; front-facing surfaces and drawers present cleanly following restoration. Cabinet is extremely heavy.
