Vintage Standing Duck Planter, Cream Glaze, Mid-Century Charm

This charming vintage ceramic duck planter is a delightful piece of mid-century decor. This figural vase/planter features a classic standing duck design with an opening in the back, perfect for a small succulent, air plant, or simply as a decorative piece on a shelf or windowsill. I used it for my coffee spoons!

Could possibly be Shawnee Pottery. There isn't a makers mark to confirm.

In excellent vintage condition with characteristic age-related crazing (fine crackle lines in the glaze) throughout, which adds to its vintage character. No chips or cracks.

5) I pack ugly! I reuse packaging and try to use as minimal packaging as possible for each item. Soft items are often sent in envelopes and hard or large items in reused boxes. Breakables are packaged ugly to secure their safety with bubble wrap, wrapped in newspaper. These fragile items require secure packaging. If you will be gifting the item, please be aware my packages do not have a gift aesthetic.
