Custom and Personalized Orders | Can I place a custom or personalized order with CakiHomeMirror?

Absolutely! At CakiHomeMirror, we take pride in turning your vision into reality. Every home has its own character, and we love creating mirrors that reflect your personal style. Whether you’re looking for a unique size, a specific shape, or a custom frame finish, we’re here to help. To get started, simply click the “Request Custom Order” button on our Etsy shop or send us a direct message. We’ll discuss every detail with you – from dimensions to frame colors – ensuring the final piece fits seamlessly into your home. Please note: Custom orders may require additional production time and could be subject to extra charges, but we always keep you informed at every step.

Sizing Details | What are the dimensions of CakiHomeMirror mirrors?

The dimensions vary depending on the design and are always provided in detail within each product description. We typically present sizes in both centimeters (cm) and inches (") for easy reference. Depending on the mirror style, dimensions may be written as width x height (w x h) or sometimes height x width (h x w). Regardless of the format, measurements are always taken from the furthest points of the mirror, ensuring you understand the full space it will cover on your wall. This way, you can easily compare the listed dimensions with your own wall measurements before placing an order. 👉 Can’t find the exact size you need? Simply send us a message — we can craft a custom mirror tailored precisely to your desired dimensions.

Care Instructions | How do I take care of my CakiHomeMirror mirror?

Proper care ensures that your mirror remains as stunning as the day you unpacked it. Here are our recommendations: Cleaning: For regular upkeep, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth. If needed, lightly dampen the cloth with water and a drop of mild detergent. Always dry the mirror thoroughly with a lint-free cloth to prevent water spots. Handling: Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges, or scrub brushes as these can scratch the glass or damage the frame finish. Maintenance: Keep the back of the mirror clean and dust-free to prevent long-term buildup that could affect durability. By following these steps, your CakiHomeMirror will continue to bring elegance and brightness into your home for years to come.

Wholesale Availability | Does CakiHomeMirror offer wholesale options?

Yes, we proudly offer wholesale opportunities for designers, retailers, and project-based orders. Wholesale purchases benefit from special pricing and require a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). If you’d like to stock or feature CakiHomeMirror products in your store or design project, please reach out via Etsy messages. Share your requirements, and we’ll provide tailored details about pricing, lead times, and shipping options.

Suitability for Humid Environments | Can CakiHomeMirror mirrors be used in bathrooms or other humid spaces?

Yes – our mirrors are crafted with high-quality materials designed to withstand humidity, making them a perfect choice for bathrooms, spa areas, or other damp environments. However, to keep your mirror looking flawless: Avoid placing it under direct water sources such as showerheads or sinks. Do not rinse or wash the mirror directly with water. Occasional ventilation (like opening a window or using an exhaust fan) will help maintain longevity in humid spaces. With proper care, your CakiHomeMirror will maintain both its beauty and durability even in challenging environments.

Taxes & Duties | Will I Pay Any Import Fees?

At CakiHomeMirror, we ship all U.S. orders as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means you won’t face any hidden costs — all customs duties and taxes are already covered in your purchase price, and your order arrives hassle-free. For Europe and all other international destinations, local import duties, VAT, and customs taxes may be collected upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the item price unless clearly stated, and they are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any taxes or fees that cannot be collected by local customs or courier services.

Packaging & Protection | How are CakiHomeMirror mirrors packaged for safe delivery?

Every mirror is packed with extreme care to ensure it reaches you safely, no matter how far it travels: Reinforced Base: Depending on the model, we use either 10 mm poplar plywood crates or 20 mm honeycomb hexagonal panels for strong structural protection. Shock Absorption: Every mirror is fully surrounded by 30 mm high-density styrofoam, protecting all sides against impact during transit. Extra Safety: The mirror’s surface is carefully wrapped, edges are secured, and the entire package is sealed with heavy-duty tape. Tested System: This multi-layer packaging system has been tested across many international shipments, ensuring your mirror arrives intact and ready to hang.

This mirror is exactly what I wanted for a remodeled powder room - modern, simple, elegant. Quality materials and workmanship. Perfect size for space. Expertly wrapped/packaged to make the overseas trip to the USA. Included attached brackets to hang, screws, extra bracket and a level! Extremely good value for the price. Arrived within the quoted timeframe, too. ❤️
