Vintage Flute of Chicago Corrugated Cardboard Table Lamp By Gregory Pelt | 29” Sculptural Modern Lighting | Postmodern Design Terracotta

This striking vintage Flute of Chicago table lamp is an iconic example of postmodern American design, crafted from corrugated cardboard with a sculptural, architectural form

Standing an impressive 29 inches tall, the lamp features Flute’s signature ribbed cardboard construction, creating rich texture and warm light diffusion when illuminated. The oversized pleated shade complements the sculptural base, while the original finial and hardware complete the design.

Flute lamps were produced in Chicago and are celebrated for their innovative use of industrial cardboard as functional lighting, making them both conversation pieces and serious design objects.

Perfect for mid-century modern, postmodern, minimalist, or loft interiors, this lamp adds warmth, scale, and unmistakable design pedigree.

I would call the color a mix between pink, peach, and terracotta.
