Bracelet Resizing Service (USA Customers) 💛 We’re happy to offer resizing on most bracelets to help you get the perfect fit. Our $25 USD resizing service includes: • A prepaid return label sent to you • Return shipping back to you once resized • Any additional materials needed • Handcrafting / labor to professionally resize your piece We keep this fee as low as possible to help cover the cost of international shipping both ways and the craftsmanship involved in reworking your bracelet with care. If you need an adjustment, simply send us a message — we’re always happy to help 🙂

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are shipped ready for gift giving. We often ship multiple items in the same box to be eco-friendly. If you need specific gift wrapping please reach out to us.

Are the out of stock products renewed?

All of our products are available in limited quantities, some are out of a kind. Please send as a message if you have specific inquiries.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Return & Exchange Policy Regular-priced items: return or exchange (must be unworn + in original condition). Sale items (under 40% off): exchange only. Clearance (40% off or more): final sale (no return/exchange). In rare cases, a one-time exception may be approved. USA: we provide a shipping label for returns on regular priced items - and deduct 15usd when it arrives. Free size exchange for your first purchase ever.

Can I get a price adjustment if I purchased an item that becomes discounted afterwards?

No. We don't offer any price adjustments on any products. It's not possible either to apply a discount on items bought a few days before a day of promotions take place. Promotions can't apply on previous purchase.

Can you guarantee arrival times

We will dispatch your item within our 3-5 day processing time and send it fully insured with trackable shipping. With that said actual arrival date is not under our control because it is a third party delivering it. We cannot control whether there are shipping delays or whether the item is being held at customs. Ordering in Canada: Since Canada Post is already experiencing delays we suggest upgrading to Xpresspost shipping. Ordering Internationally: Since Canada Post is experiencing delays we suggest upgrading to DHL, typically your order will arrive in just 1-4 business days. We cannot control the time frame if your order is held at customs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a return label and arrange a replacement right away. This reporting window allows us to properly assess the condition of the piece, as many gemstones and materials require appropriate care and handling. Reports made outside this timeframe are not eligible for replacement.

We accept returns on eligible items within our stated return window. • USA Orders: We provide a return shipping label for approved returns. • Canadian & European Orders: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping. A return authorization must be obtained from us before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
