STANDARD ORDER PROCESSING:

I am happy to send a mock-up before finalizing the design upon your request at checkout. However, note this may add 24-36 to your processing time. If you do not ask for a mockup and you have a straightforward personalization, I will go ahead and finalize the order so you have no delays in processing time.

However, I want to ensure you are thrilled with your final product so if there are any adjustments needed (like sizing fonts due to an extra long name,) I will make sure to communicate with you prior to processing the order so you will never have any surprises!
