1. What product options do you offer?

I offer rolled unframed posters in 3 paper finishes: Matte, Semi-Glossy or Fine Art; and I also offer ready-to-hang canvas prints, available unframed or framed in Espresso, Black, White or Natural. All artwork is professionally printed and not hand-painted.

2. Can you do a gold frame or another frame colour not listed?

No, unfortunately I can only offer the frame options shown in the listing. For canvases only, those are Espresso, Black, White or Natural.

3. How are you based in Australia but shipping is fast in the US with no tariff?

I work with a print partner that has production facilities in the US, Canada, UK, Spain, and Australia. That means orders placed in those countries are usually printed and shipped domestically within that country, which helps keep delivery quicker and avoids international import charges in most cases.

4. When will my order arrive, and can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?

Orders are sent to production as quickly as possible. Production usually takes 3-7 business days. Shipping is typically 2-5 business days within the US only. For all other countries, please check the estimated delivery window shown at checkout. As production and shipping are handled by my print partner and the carrier, I’m unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date.

5. Can you do a custom size or help match my existing frame?

I don’t offer custom physical sizes beyond the options shown in the listing. If your frame is a different ratio, an exact fit may require matting, cropping, or adjustment. The safest option is to choose the closest listed size and confirm with a local framer first.

6. Can you do a digital file and / or custom edit?

Yes but upon request only. Existing artwork is available as a high-resolution digital file for $30.40 AUD. This is a fixed, non-negotiable price. Custom edits are additional $15 AUD per edit / change (such as ratio, subject, object, colors, added text, etc). For example: digital file only = $30.40 AUD, digital file + 1 pet = $45.40 AUD, digital file + 2 pets = $60.40 AUD, digital file + 1 pet + text = $60.40 AUD, digital file + 2 pets + text = $75.40 AUD, etc. Please message the shop directly to have a digital file and/or custom edit set up.

7. Can I return my art?

I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, in the rare event your order arrives with an issue, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos, and I’ll arrange the best resolution from there.

8. What if my order is delayed?

Once your order has shipped, delivery timing is in the hands of the carrier. While I’m not responsible for carrier delays or how they handle parcels in transit, I will absolutely support you from my side, monitor the tracking, and relay any updates or next steps available to me.
