Dad, how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Good question, Orders are usually shipped within 12-72 hours. Depending on certain circumstances, such as holidays or if you ordered outside of the US, there may be delays to your order arriving. For most orders inside the US, it can usually take about a week to arrive. Give or take. Unless USPS decides to be sh*tty at their job then it may take longer and I can't do much about that :(

Idk how to put on the stickers?

Clean the surface area. Take a credit card or the "sticker applicator" and press down hard/scrape over the sticker and transfer tape. Then carefully remove the backing paper off of the sticker and transfer tape. (if any part of the paper stays on the transfer tape or the sticker itself, place it back down on that section, press it firmly and try again) (if the paper is still sticking to sticker, gently peel off paper with finger nail but keep sticker on the transfer tape) Once you have removed the backing paper, slowly place and lower the sticker onto your desired surface. Scrape all over the surface of the sticker (the transfer tape should still be on) with a credit card/sticker applicator then slowly remove the clear transfer tape.

I think I put the wrong address for my order?? :(

Always verify your address is correct before placing an order. Nonetheless, hmu and I'll have it changed before I print out the label. If order has already shipped with incorrect address due to someone not informing me *cough cough*, please LET ME KNOW ASAP.

Do I do custom artwork??

Negative young bucks. All artwork in the shop is commissioned and licensed only for KILO X CO by individual artists I have worked with.

Is my order discreet? Don't want someone to see I'm a sinner...

Fortunately for you, all orders are discreet! I like to keep things lowkey as well so you'll receive a small black polymailer with your stickers/merch inside of a black envelope!

How long do the stickers/keychains usually last for??

Pretty long time as long as you don't beat em to sh*t. The stickers/keychains and other merch we sell tends to be very high quality. But obvs, be reasonable with yourself, if you take care of it, then it'll last you last a long time, just like anything.

My keychain looks scratched, did you send me a sh*tty keychain? :(

Negative. I refuse to ever send a customer a sh*tty quality product. The scratches on the keychain are just from the protective film on the keychain itself, you can peel that f*cker off whenever you want.

USPS says the package is delivered but I haven't received it?

Unfortunately, if USPS loses or sends the package to a different location, you will have to file a claim with them. (As I can't really do much on my end) But please inform me of the situation as to assist you with however I can. Replacement orders are treated case by case and are not guaranteed since USPS will most likely provide you with a refund of your lost items.
