All parcels are sent via the German postal carriers DHL or Deutsche Post with a tracking number provided. Once your order ships, you will receive the tracking number and can follow your parcel.

What we are responsible for — and fully guarantee — is handing your order over for shipment within the stated processing time.

The speed of the postal carriers (DHL and others) and customs is beyond our control. If anything unusual happens with a parcel — a delay, a loss, or a customs query — we step in and help: we open an inquiry, file the necessary claims, and see the matter through to a resolution.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient's absence, or failure to collect it from the post office in time, we do not re-ship the same order. The cost of the item is refunded; a new shipment requires placing the order again.

If a buyer cancels an order that has already been shipped, the cost of the item is refunded once the item has been returned to us. Shipping costs are not refunded in this case.

For any return, the cost of the item is refunded. Shipping costs (both outbound and return postage), as well as any taxes and customs duties, are non-refundable.

If the sealed packaging has been opened, the item may not be eligible for return for reasons of hygiene (§ 312g (2) no. 3 of the German Civil Code, BGB). This applies to opened, used, or partially consumed materials. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

All payments and refunds are processed through Etsy's payment system. The processing times for payments and refunds are determined by the platform. We initiate a refund on our side right away, but the time it takes to appear is governed by Etsy's rules.
