What are the processing and delivery times?

• PNG FILES: Available for download immediately after successful payment. • T-SHIRTS: Made to order and processed according to the timeline specified in each listing.

What is your cancellation policy?

• PNG FILES: Due to the digital nature of the product, cancellations and refunds are not available after purchase. • T-SHIRTS: Orders may be canceled within 60 minutes of successful checkout. After this time, the order enters production and cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

• PNG FILES: If you experience any issues (download errors, file display problems, etc.), please message us with your order number so we can resend the correct file. • T-SHIRTS: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a detailed description, and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Can I change the size or color after placing an order?

• PNG FILES: Changes are not available after purchase. • T-SHIRTS: We’re happy to assist with size or color changes before the order enters production. Please review the size chart carefully before checkout. If we send an incorrect size or design, we guarantee a 100% replacement or refund.

What should I do if my package is lost?

• PNG FILES: Please check your Downloads section. If you’re unable to access your files, contact us for assistance. • T-SHIRTS: - If your package is lost during transit, please contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier. - If the order status shows “Delivered”, please contact your local carrier directly. For added security, we recommend selecting “Signature Required” at checkout when available. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for loss or theft occurring after delivery confirmation.

Return & Refund Policy

• PNG FILES: Due to the digital nature of the product, returns and refunds are not available once the file has been downloaded. • T-SHIRTS: - We gladly offer returns or refunds for manufacturing defects or incorrect items. - Please keep the item in original condition (unwashed and unworn), provide photos of the issue, and contact us within 24 hours to 7 days of delivery. - All return or refund requests require photo evidence for accurate processing. - Requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery. After this period, we may be unable to assist with further claims.
