Flat Granite Tombstone Laser Engraved Memorial Stone Custom Cemetery Grave Marker Headstone

🚨 IMPORTANT – MOCKUPS ONLY PROVIDED AFTER PURCHASE! 🚨
💡 To ensure our time is dedicated to real customers and to prevent potential scams, we only provide mockups after purchase. Thank you for understanding!

🌿 Our Flat Laser Engraved Granite Memorial Stones are crafted from premium Absolute Black Granite and precision laser engraved to produce sharp detail permanently etched into the stone surface. The engraving process creates a natural light contrast which is enhanced using white to improve visibility, clarity, and overall design definition against the deep black granite. Stones feature an all-polished 5-side finish, while 0.40" thickness stones include a polished top surface only. Designed for cemetery, garden, or private memorial placement, each stone can be customized with names, dates, inscriptions, portraits, and artwork, with multiple sizes and layout options available.

📝 Important First Step: Contact Your Cemetery
📌 Before purchasing, contact your cemetery to confirm all monument requirements.
Many cemeteries have specific restrictions on size, color, material, and type of engraving. Some require approval forms that must be submitted by the customer. We do not communicate with cemeteries directly, nor do we fill out cemetery paperwork. Instead, we provide graphic proofs for you to submit.

❌ Due to past disrespectful treatment from certain cemetery staff, we no longer speak to cemeteries on behalf of customers. Please ensure you handle all communication directly with them
(case-by-case basis).

If shipping to a cemetery:
✔️ Get the full name and contact info of the person assisting you
✔️ Provide a delivery phone number for UPS or freight
✔️ Confirm cemetery acceptance and rules before ordering

🎨 Design Approval Process
✔️ Our designer (Maria) will send you a digital proof through Etsy messages (typically 3–7 business days depending on time of year and current workload.)
✔️ We only communicate via Etsy for the protection of both parties (case-by-case basis).
✔️ No mockups are provided prior to purchase
✔️ HOTMemorials is not responsible for cemetery rejections due to unverified guidelines
✔️ Engraving starts only after final proof approval. If unable to reach after multiple attempts, engraving will move forward with the information provided and shipped to the address on file. HOTMemorials will not be responsible for any errors in the information provided if there is a lack of communication.
