I ordered this item for my daughter's birthday, specifically because it was scheduled to arrive well in advance of the birthday party. I messaged the seller to confirm that it would arrive on time when it showed as not having shipped a week after I ordered it. I was told it might not arrive on time. I said I didn't want it if it wouldn't arrive on time and asked for a refund since it hadn't yet shipped. The seller told me it was already with their shipping person and they couldn't stop it from being shipped. So I was left having to either pay to send it back for a refund after it arrived late or keep the item. The art itself is fine, but if timing matters at all to you, I do not recommend this seller.

You placed your order on May 5th and received it on May 19th, which is perfectly within the expected timeframe, as the product has a production time of 1-2 weeks from the date of order, not including shipping time. You should be honest, I said I would give you a 100% refund if it didn't arrive on time, and there was no message asking you to pay extra to return the item. Furthermore, you didn't specify a return date before placing your order, so the store simply followed the timeline and fulfilled orders placed before yours. I believe queuing is a culture of politeness everywhere.
