Is this a physical print or a digital download?

This is a physical art print. Your artwork is professionally printed to order and shipped to you. No digital files are included with your purchase.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or with an issue, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.

What frames can I choose from?

You can choose from solid American oak frames in Natural, Walnut, Black or White or premium metal frames in Silver, Gold, Black or White. All frames include real glass and a removable white mat for a refined finish.

Is this artwork hand-painted or digitally created?

Our artwork is digitally created and refined by us using graphic design and illustration tools. Each piece is thoughtfully shaped and finished to achieve a painterly artistic look. Textures, grain and subtle variations are intentional and part of the artwork’s style.

Are travel and city prints geographically accurate?

Our travel artwork is an artistic interpretation inspired by the atmosphere and character of each location. Landmarks, layout, scale and surrounding details may be artistically adjusted for visual balance rather than exact geographic accuracy.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All prints are made to order and shipped from within the United States. Orders typically take 1–4 business days to produce, followed by 3–7 business days for delivery within the USA. Free shipping is included.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you are located outside the USA and would like to order, feel free to send us a message and we’ll be happy to discuss available options.

A dark bay horse stands in a wildflower meadow at dawn, with misty blue mountains beyond. Calm and airy, it brings quiet strength to living rooms, entryways, nurseries, or farmhouse bedrooms. Select your preferred size and framing to finish the look.

Sizes, Aspect Ratio & Cropping

Available print sizes:

8×10"
9×12"
11×14"
12×16"
16×20"
18×24"
24×36"

All artwork is originally designed in a 3:4 aspect ratio. Sizes such as 9×12, 12×16 and 18×24 are exact fits.

Other sizes may require slight cropping to match standard frame dimensions. Cropping is done carefully to preserve the main subject and overall balance of the artwork.

Please note that frame thickness and mat placement may cover a small portion of the image once framed. Listing mockups are for styling reference and may not perfectly reflect final framing proportions.

Paper & Print Quality

All artwork is professionally printed to order on cold press art paper (305gsm). This heavyweight paper has a softly textured, matte finish that enhances depth and detail while reducing glare.

We use archival-quality inks to ensure strong color, rich contrast and long-lasting clarity. Natural texture, grain and painterly effects are intentional parts of the design and contribute to the artwork’s character.

You may choose your artwork unframed or framed.

We offer eight frame options:

How Our Artwork Is Made

Every design begins with our own creative direction using a mix of graphic design, digital illustration and modern creative tools to explore ideas, compositions and atmosphere. We then refine each piece ourselves, carefully shaping it into the final artwork you see in our shop.

Our work is designed to evoke the look and feel of traditional art while allowing room for artistic interpretation. Landscapes, cities, landmarks and natural features are expressive rather than geographically exact. Variations in scale, layout, texture and detail are intentional and part of the artwork’s style.

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, print calibration and paper texture.

Questions or Support
