As part of our personalized service, we are able to alter an existing model to your requirements, no matter whether it has a different finish, is personalised or engraved, or even features different shapes of gemstones or diamonds. Do you accept the Payment Plan?

We understand that many of our customers can benefit from laying the payment for their jewelry over an extended period, and this opens up the possibilities for more people to enjoy and own one of our pieces. As such, we allow layaway plans for our customers, following the payment of an initial deposit or down payment. Please contact us should you want further information about this. A layaway plan will be as instructed below: * The first deposit would be non refundable. * The customer must make sure to complete payments on time * Only after the payment is made in full will the item be shipped out * An item purchased under a layaway plan would be final and not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTE : Made to order pieces - Gold and platinum jewelry are made exactly to your request, as I create these per order, therefore they are subject to 35% restocking fees - due to their handmade nature - which goes towards their recycling.

We want our clients’ experience with to be as stress-free as possible. In order to achieve this, we offer free resizing for all non-customised pieces of jewelry, within 30 days of receipt of the parcel. Pieces which have been modified or engraved, or customised in some way are subject to extra resizing fees, IMPORTANT NOTE: Tungsten , Titanium and Black Zirconium rings if engraved or set with a gemstone - are not resizable, exchangeable or returnable.

Are there any extra taxes or duties?

Great question, we so not calculate or collect taxes nor duties, we strongly recommend checking with your local taxes and customs offices to verify for that, for example we know that UK clients may have to pay VAT and US client recently have had Tariff charges added.
