PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Orders are meticulously printed, assembled, packaged, and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery within the US takes an additional 2–4 business days.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping across the US. Print-only orders are carefully shipped in either mailers or tubes, depending on size. Smaller sizes ship flat with protective sleeves; larger prints are rolled and placed in sturdy tubes to prevent creasing. Framed prints are shipped with corner protectors and face padding, packed tightly in corrugated boxes for safe delivery.

SIZES
The print is available in in three different aspect ratios: 2:3, 3:4 and 4:5. Each ratio includes a range of print sizes listed below. Please note that the artwork is adjusted to fit each format, resulting in slight variations in layout. You can view the versions for each ratio in the listing images.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Colors may appear slightly different in print than on screen, as screens and printed materials display color in fundamentally different ways. RETURN POLICY
Each piece is made to order exclusively for you, with no pre-manufactured stock. Therefore, in accordance with standard practices for made-to-order businesses, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

Replacements or refunds are only accepted in cases of printing errors or defects, products damaged during shipping, or orders that are lost or undelivered beyond the expected delivery timeframe (i.e., not received within two weeks). If your order arrives damaged or defective, please provide clear photographs within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement will be issued at no additional cost. Whenever possible, replacements will be offered in lieu of refunds.

Replacements or refunds are not provided for customer errors (such as incorrect size selection or submitting incorrect information), dissatisfaction with a product that matches the specifications, visuals, and quality standards shown in the listing, orders still within standard production and shipping times, packages marked as delivered but not received, or packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

In rare cases when an item is out of stock, an upgrade to an equal or higher-quality alternative may be provided at no additional cost. Customers will be notified in advance of any such substitution.
