The customer service was superb the conversation was very open and professional answered all my questions was patient and helpful and very friendly paid attention to all the details that I added and showed me a picture to see if I was satisfied before it was made I am so satisfied and very pleased with my order
Not the item I expected. Quality is horrible and the item was not shipped when it was supposed to be. Bright side, the customer service was great. Not enough to forgive the quality of the product though.
The quality is awful, you can print this at home and put it in acrylic if you wanted to, it looks so unnatural, just a picture with plastic around
Well over one month to ship, all is is a sticker on the back of the acrylic piece and you can visually see where they chopped the head to put on the body. Vendor returned 50% of the order. This is not honoring my son.
