Our custom, made-to-order cases are crafted with premium materials and and designed to protect your phone from high impact drops. The print is ultra high-definition with lifelike detail and sharp, vibrant colors. If your case EVER breaks or colors fades through normal wear and tear, we’ll replace it free of charge. We proudly stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every case.

Please note: the warranty covers replacements only (not refunds) and does not include normal wear like scratches or scuffs. We make the process easy and typically approve requests quickly, though we may ask for a photo or video to help. Replacements are for the same model and finish only.

"Lifetime" refers to the expected life of the product as it remains available in the Phone Ink catalog. As long as we carry the item, it’s eligible for a free replacement under our lifetime warranty.

Most of the products I sell are made to order, but I occasionally have items in my studio. If your order happens to be in stock, it will ship the same or next business day from my location in Southern California.
Typically, orders require processing time before shipping from my printing partner’s facility. Currently, most orders are shipped within 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS, but please allow up to 7 business days during periods of high demand or production delays.
