Proper care ensures softness, realism, and long wear:
• Wash every 7–10 wears or as needed
• Use sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner-AVOID CONDITINER ON THE ROOTS BECAUSE IF NOT WASHED PROPERLY IT CAN LOOSEN THE KNOTS ON THE WIG.
• Detangle gently from ends to roots
• Avoid excessive heat styling and always use a heat protectant spray or cream
• Allow hair to air dry whenever possible, however if you an in a hurry use a heat protectant spray and a blow dryer on low settings.
• Store on a wig stand or in a silk/satin bag
With proper care, your HD lace wig can last 12 months or longer.

• No refunds or returns on All wigs.
• Exchanges may be considered only if the wig is unused, unworn, uncut, and unaltered
• Any approved request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, colored, or modified are not eligible for return or exchange.
