2.How to get them?
(1) Order:
Choose the size and type you want, add them to the cart and make the payment（If the role is too complex to be defined by the task complexity in the link, you will need to pay the difference, or contact me for pricing.）
(2). Need photos(send it through Etsy): Clear frontal photos. If no model picture, please let me know about the outfits and posture so that I can make it accurately.

3.Turn around time：
All items are custom-made to order. Our turnaround time ( crafting process ) is about 3-10 days,sepending on the number of revisions made. This can change during peak seasons.
Rush your order: Please contact us to see if we can meet your deadline.

4.Regarding packaging:
We provide gift box packaging free of charge. The courier boxes we use are very sturdy. If you receive a damaged keychain, you can contact us for a refund or to have it remade, so please rest assured.

5.Care Instructions:
While polymer clay is very durable, I still advise that you handle your keychains with care - Please handle gently and keep away from harsh chemicals, heat, and prolonged moisture!

6.Transportation time: The usual transportation time is 5-15 days (please let us know if it is urgent)
