What if there's a problem with my order?

If there’s an issue with your order, don’t worry -- I’m here to help! Just reach out to me, and I’ll do my best to make things right. 😊 While I strive to send out only the best products, please let me know within 3 days of your package’s delivery if you have any quality concerns. After three days, I am no longer responsible for any damage or defects, though in some instances, I may be able to make exceptions. If there is a big issue with your order, PLEASE let me know within 30 days of delivery. Anything reported after 30 days is unfortunately out of my control. Thank you for understanding and supporting small shops like mine!

Why do the printed colors look different from the mockup?

Since every shirt is made to order, colors may appear slightly different from what you see in the mockup. The ink interacts with the fabric in a unique way, which can lead to subtle variations depending on the fabric batch and ink absorption. I do my best to provide an accurate representation, but slight differences can occur in the final print. Additionally, lighting conditions and digital display settings may affect how colors appear on-screen compared to real life. These natural variations are a normal part of the printing process. But, please let me know if something is wrong with your order! ❤️

Please note: for all garments in my shop, I allow up to a 1.5 inch tolerance in sizing, as small variations can occur from batch to batch. What if my order doesn't arrive in time for my trip or event?

I totally understand the disappointment of an order not arriving before a big trip or event, but please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your package leaves my hands, it's in the care of the carrier, and delays can happen due to weather, customs, holidays, or other factors outside of my control. Because of this, I'm unable to issue refunds for orders that arrive after a trip or event date, even if a rush or expedited shipping option was selected. I always recommend ordering as early as possible, especially around holidays, to give yourself the best chance of receiving your item on time. Thank you for understanding! 💛

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order, as I am not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you catch the mistake quickly, reach out right away and I'll do my best to update it before your order ships, but once it's in production or shipped, I'm unable to make changes on my end. However, once your package is in transit, you may be able to update the delivery address directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

Why does the print size look different than I expected?

Since every shirt is made to order, print scale may vary slightly between garments. Depending on the size and style you order, the design may be scaled to fit proportionally, which helps it look balanced across different sizes. Please note: for my oversized styles, the print is intentionally LARGER to match the bigger canvas, so expect a bolder design on these compared to standard fit shirts. Slight variations in print size and placement are a normal part of the printing process. If something seems significantly off, please let me know!
