Our current production time is 1-3 business days for all items to be prepared, assembled, and packaged before your order will be mailed out. Then, delivery time varies depending on the final destination and customs clearance for US/International orders. I ship all orders using Standard Air Mail WITH a tracking number if the other is not listed in the description. * IMPORTANT: This does NOT come with a guaranteed delivery date. Upgraded shipping options are available during checkout. * Here are the estimated frames for delivery by the Post Office: USA: 8 - 15 business days (please see the items description) International: 8 - 20 business days If your event is coming up soon, contact me before placing an order and I can let you know if on-time delivery is possible by your event deadline or a shipping upgrade is recommended.

I will ship your order to the exact name and address that appear on your Etsy invoice. Because of this, make sure that your Etsy address is complete and up-to-date for shipping and delivery. If any packages are returned due to an incorrect address, buyers will be responsible for paying a re-mailing charge.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

We accept returns for EU orders only. Should you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of your receipt. All returns require tracked shipping and must be in their original, unopened inner packaging. Once received, a refund will be processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized and customized items.
