The personalization box is exclusively reserved for specifying design preferences, in
line with the images provided. Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate
customizations unless they've been requested before ordering.
All our designs are DTF prints, utilizing a process known as Direct to Film, which
transfers prints onto fabric using a heat-press mechanism. **it is NOT screen print.
Here's how to place your order:
1. Review all the provided information carefully.
2. Choose the shirt type, size, and color from the dropdown menus.
3. If needed, accurately specify design details in the personalization box or as
instructed.
4. If you require additional items, simply add them to your cart and repeat steps 1-3.
5. Once you've added all desired items to your cart, proceed to complete your order
by entering payment and shipping information.

Product Information:
● 6.1 oz./yd² (US), 10 oz/L yd (CA), 100% ring-spun cotton, 30 singles
●Garment-dyed for that lived in feel and almost no shrinkage at home.
●Soft ring-spun cotton fabric with 100% cotton threads
●Relaxed fit
●Topstitched, classic width, rib collar
●Shoulder to shoulder twill tape
●Signature twill label

Care Instructions:
● Wash items inside out in cold water, avoiding bleach and dry cleaning. Please
refrain from ironing directly on the design.tumble dry low.
Returns and Exchanges:
● Unless items arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or
exchanges as each item is made-to-order.
Production and Shipping:
● Our current processing time for shirts is 3 business days. We strive to ship your
items as promptly as possible.
● We work with various local shirt brands, focusing on sizing, material, and color
matching. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting in images.
● Refunds or exchanges are not offered as each item is specifically made per
order.
● Contact us for any design modifications before placing your order to avoid
complications.
Upgrades:
● Explore our upgrade section for additional options such as backside fee,
4XL-5XL shirt upgrade, shipping fee, and customization fee.
For Holidays:
● To avoid potential carrier delays, it's advisable to place your order in advance.
● We use USPS or UPS for shipping, offering standard and expedited options.
● Once packages leave our shop, we cannot be held responsible for lost,
damaged, or delayed items. Please consult your local post office for further
assistance.
International Orders:
● You are responsible for any customs charges incurred, as they are not included
in the shipping cost.
● Tracking will be provided by your local carrier once the package is received, as
we lack the authority to track packages after they leave the US.
● Please consult your customs office for fees, tax, and delay information.

I wanted to make sure the print was small as two different sizes were advertised. The seller confirmed that it could be done before ordering & once I placed my order she was able to ensure my request. I am very pleased with my purchase and will be gifting to a friend. This is a large light green color.
