Maple Gears is very professional and very communicative. Proofs were provided and color suggestions were welcomed; my project was rather detailed. Shipped on time. The patches are very well crafted. High recommend.

Seller worked with me on a design for a larger chenille patch. Absolutely nailed the design, colors, patch type, and size, however the overall shape and form of the patch did not turn out to meet our agreed upon requirements. Seller promptly communicated and agreed on a return/refund outcome that worked for both of us. I would not hesitate to work with this seller on another project that required different details, and I would absolutely recommend this seller to others.
