Do I need a Canva Pro account to use the templates?

Most templates are compatible with Canva’s free version. However, some designs may contain elements that require a Canva Pro subscription or a separate purchase. These templates are clearly labeled in both the product title and description. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read the full listing and ensure they have the appropriate Canva account before purchasing. I am not responsible for access issues due to the use of Canva’s free version.

How do I access my template after purchase?

After purchasing, Etsy will provide an instant download PDF with a link to access your Canva template. Steps: 1.Download the PDF from Etsy 2.Click the Canva access link inside the PDF 3.The template will automatically open in Canva IMPORTANT: If you purchased using the Etsy app, downloads must be accessed through a web browser (Safari or Chrome) by logging into your Etsy account. If you used Apple ID / iCloud login or “Hide My Email,” download issues can sometimes occur. To avoid this, make sure you are logged into your Etsy account in a browser before purchasing so you can easily access your downloads.

Do I have to download Canva to use the templates?

Are the fonts and images included?

Most fonts are free within Canva. Photos shown in listing previews are for display purposes only and are not included due to copyright restrictions. You can easily replace them with your own brand photos using Canva. A short tutorial is included to help guide you.

What if I have trouble editing the template?

The template is formatted for 8.5 × 11, which works perfectly for magazine-style printing. For magazines: You can print directly through Canva Print by selecting the “Booklet” option. Canva will automatically format the pages for booklet-style printing. For newspapers: Many customers print their designs as 18 × 24 foldable newspapers. This option is commonly available through printers like Staples, CVS, Walgreens, or your local print shop depending on your location. Tip: If printing as a booklet or magazine, make sure your document has an even number of pages for proper formatting.

Can you customize a template for me?
