If your product is misprinted, damaged, or defective, let us know within 2 weeks of receiving the item. If the issue is our mistake, we will cover the costs associated with resolving the issue. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us!

Need to request changes to an order already placed? Address, sizes, wording, colors etc.

FOR CUSTOM ITEMS: We will attempt to include the change request on your "proof/mockup". Ensure your changes are noted on the "proof" before approving. We reference the "proof" before submitting orders to our printing partners and don't always reference messages. It is crucial that your changes are on the proofs before submitting. FOR NON-CUSTOM ITEMS: As soon as you order, the item goes into production. There is a small window for changes, so if there's an error reach out to us within a few hours. There is no guarantee that the change can be made on time.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

If your package was lost in transit, please let us know within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to reprint and ship your order at no additional cost to you. If item ships and it was undeliverable by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print provider. You will be liable for re-shipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

What happens if a package wasn't delivered to me but the tracking states that it was?

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you have yet to receive it, ONYX + IXIA won't cover the cost of re-shipping or refunding the order. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.

Will I receive a "Proof/Mockup" for my custom order?

All Custom orders will receive a proof for approval. A bulk order of 10 items or more will need an approved by customer "proof"/mockup with confirmed spelling, punctuation and design color. This will add an additional day or two to production time, please take this into consideration. -- To be alerted when your proof is ready for review TURN ETSY NOTIFICATIONS ON. On smaller orders, if we have not heard back from the customer, we will submit the order to production if the personalization is simple enough and with clear instruction to avoid delays.
