🛠 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, message me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. ✅ I will provide a free replacement or a full refund once I receive clear photo evidence of the issue.

Orders are produced and shipped by U.S. production partners for faster delivery within the U.S. 📦Some orders may ship from different U.S. facilities and items in the same order may ship separately. 💯The production partner is selected automatically to ensure the best quality and turnaround time.

📦 Missing Items in an Order

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately (from different production partners). Don't worry - all of your items will arrive. If tracking for some items is missing, contact me and I'll check it. 🧩Items may arrive on different days depending on the production partner.

If your package shows no movement for 10 business days or is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. ⚠️ Please ensure your delivery address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for the reshipment fee. 💡 (Look at your address on an electricity bill for example, or a water\phone bill and write it exactly as it is written there)

Some carriers (DHL eCommerce, Pitney Bowes, USPS) may take a few days to update tracking during handoffs, especially in busy seasons. This is normal. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 days, message me - I’ll check with the production partner and monitor it closely. If there is still no progress after around 10 days or if the carrier declares the package lost, I will arrange a replacement.
