Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production at our professional lab, which does not allow for alterations or returns. ***Important Note: Please keep in mind that the colors and appearance of your artwork, as well as the frame, may look slightly different in person compared to what you see on your screen. This is due to variations in screen displays and the different materials used for both printing and framing. These subtle differences are normal and contribute to the unique character of the final product.

***All listed dimensions refer to the width by height in inches of the outer frame. The inner image will be smaller to account for the frame and matte. For example, a 16"x20" frame with a 2" matte and 2" moulding will display an image around 12"x16". The aspect ratio will remain nearly the same with minimal trimming. Feel free to reach out for exact image dimensions.

For prints viewed up close (within 2 feet): 200-300 PPI is ideal.
For prints viewed from farther away: Lower PPI is acceptable.

Recommended Resolutions by Viewing Distance:
0.6 m / 2 ft: 300 PPI
1 m / 3.3 ft: 180 PPI
1.5 m / 5 ft: 120 PPI
2 m / 6.5 ft: 90 PPI
3 m / 10 ft: 60 PPI
5 m / 16 ft: 35 PPI
10 m / 33 ft: 18 PPI
15 m / 50 ft: 12 PPI

Remember, print quality is affected by both resolution and viewing distance. The farther away you view the print, the less detail your eyes will need to perceive a sharp image.
