Absolutely! We love custom and personalized orders. Just send us your idea, and we’ll create something special made just for you.

🔄 What’s your return/refund policy?

✨We happily accept returns or refunds if there’s a production error or you receive the wrong item. ✨Please don’t wash the item, take clear photos of the issue, and contact us within 24h–7 days so we can fix it quickly. ✨Refunds or exchanges are only offered with photo proof. ✨Our return/exchange window is 14 days from the delivery date. After this time, we may not be able to help.

⏳ Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your order is already in production and can no longer be canceled.

Oh no! We’re so sorry that happened. Please message us within 7 days with photos, your order number, and details of the issue. We’ll work with you right away to make it right.

✨We can update your size/color request as long as your order hasn’t gone into production yet. ✨Please check the sizing chart carefully before ordering. If we sent you the wrong size/color by mistake, we’ll exchange or refund it for you.

✨Add your request in the personalization box or message us directly. ✨For simple changes, we send a quick demo and start production right away. ✨For complex requests, we’ll send you a demo within 24h for approval. If we don’t hear back, we’ll proceed with the closest option to stay on schedule. ✨If no specific notes are given, we’ll use default colors for your design.

🖨️ What does “Made to Order” mean?

It means your item is created especially for you! We print each piece on demand using direct-to-garment (DTG) technology with eco-friendly, water-based inks.

📦 What if my package is lost?

✨If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help. ✨If it’s marked as “delivered,” please check with your local carrier. ✨We recommend selecting “Signature Required” at checkout for safe delivery. Once a package is marked delivered, we can’t be responsible for loss or theft.
