Will I receive my yards in one continuous cut?

Yes! All fabrics are cut continuously from the same bolt — so if you order 5 yards, you’ll receive one uncut 5-yard piece, unless otherwise requested.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

Yes! We proudly support designers, small businesses, and event planners with special pricing and flexible options for orders of 25 yards or more. Please reach out — we’ll be happy to assist you with custom quantities and tailored service.

How long does order processing & shipping take?

As a small family-run shop, we carefully handle and package every order with care. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, often the same day if placed before 12 PM (PST). We ship within 24–72 hours, and orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Deliveries might take 3-5 business days. We do everything we can to send your fabrics quickly and safely — thank you for your patience and for supporting our small business!

Do you offer expedited or express shipping?

Yes! If you need your fabric quickly, we provide Expedited Shipping (typically 2–3 business days). For time-sensitive projects, contact us before placing your order — we’ll help arrange the fastest, most reliable delivery through UPS or USPS Priority Express.

How can I ensure the accuracy of fabric color?

We photograph every fabric under natural daylight and studio lighting to capture colors as accurately as possible. However, variations in screen monitors, mobile displays, and lighting — along with the iridescent nature of some fabrics — may cause slight tone differences in person. If color accuracy is essential for your project, we highly recommend ordering a sample swatch first — it’s the best way to see and feel the fabric’s true color, shimmer, and texture before purchasing by the yard or wholesale.

Do you match colors across different fabrics or shades?

Absolutely! We can help match colors across our fabric types (for example, pairing velvet with organza for the same design). Please note that shades like ivory in organza and ivory in velvet may have a slightly different tone depending on the fabric type. At checkout, simply include a note like “please match colors for my project,” and we’ll select the closest possible match or reach out with the best options.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes — your satisfaction means everything to us. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the fabric is unused, uncut, and in its original condition. PLEASE NOTE • Buyers cover return shipping (unless the error was ours) • Original shipping fees are non-refundable • Samples and custom cuts are final sale As a small family business, we can’t always cover these costs, but we’ll always do our best to make things right — your happiness truly matters to us.
