it is a great pattern but , since it is so large it would be much easier if progression snap shots were added a long the way, and unless you are seasoned , I would not recommend this pattern also holding two strands threw out is how you got the coloring effect but not sure about that , so people buying this pattern expecting to get the same results as pictured , will be disappointed, in my case I used a different color combination so it looks totally different anyway ,as far as customer service is concerned, i ordered the pattern and instantly had access to download the pattern hence the 5 star rating for shipping and customer service
