How long will my order take to arrive?

Each piece is made to order, especially for you. Processing time: usually 1–5 business days Shipping within the US: 2–5 business days International shipping: 10–30 business days During peak seasons (like holidays), delivery might take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made on demand, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective. If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right — no stress.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Please double-check your measurements before ordering — our items are true to size, but comfort and fit are personal, so measure twice, order once!

Can I customize my item?

In most cases — yes! If you’d like to change a color, add a personal phrase, or request something unique, just send us a message. We love creating custom versions when possible.

What materials do you use?

We focus on quality, comfort, and sustainability. Our apparel is made from soft, breathable materials that hold shape and color wash after wash. Each print is done using eco-friendly inks.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’ve got your back. Send us a message with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your package — we’ll replace it or issue a refund immediately.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel within 1 hour after placing it.

Why does my apparel have a strong smell when it arrives?

Some DTG-printed apparel may have a slight vinegar-like smell when first unpacked. This comes from the pre-treatment solution used during the printing process, which helps the ink properly bond with the fabric and ensures the print lasts. This is completely normal in DTG printing and is safe. The smell will fully disappear after the first wash.
