The thread color I ordered (F415) was not like pictured, it looked black not brown. I ordered my regular size because the description said it tends to run larger and it ended up being way too tight. Non-refundable so I can’t get my money back.

Hello - yes, the thread color you chose was F415, which is Charcoal Gray (not Brown 258 shown in main listing photo). Description says unisex sizing, and unisex cut does run slightly larger than women's cut, but we do provide you size charts in the listing. Not sure why you didn't like the custom color combo & size you chose.
