What shipping method do you use?

For small items, as well as some furniture pieces, (of a certain size) I use FedEx Ground, fully insured, and will provide you with tracking number and arrival date once the package ships out. For large furniture items - and pieces that require special handling, Those will ship out with a Blanket Wrap service, fully insured, and will provide you with tracking and contact information once the order is placed. In either shipping situation, I will be here for you every step of the way, to help answer questions and get you information if any comes up.

Do you offer Returns?

All sales are final. Please see all photos and read description of each piece. The items are vintage, and unless noted are not in "brand new" condition, vintage items have lived a life, and I do my absolute best to represent in photos as well as description - the items condition. If you need to see more photos, just ask. If you need to ask a question i didn't describe, please ask! I'm here to make you feel comfortable with what you are buying! And am happy to help answer any question on any item honestly and truthfully. All items are in great condition, and ready for use.

Do you ship Internationally?

I absolutely can! I do use USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship outside the country. I will ship to any country that provides tracking numbers to your country. Your package will be fully insured, to arrive safe and sound. Please note that some countries do add on custom fees, etc at the time of arrival into your country, that is not covered in shipping cost. These extra fee's will not be covered by Studio180.

SHIPPING is INCLUDED. Shipping is NEVER Free.

Due to the recent changes here at Etsy, shipping has been added into the listing cost. That means, FedEx Ground / Home Delivery or Blanket Wrap Service cost has already been calculated INTO the listing for you. You do not have to pay an additional fee - unless you need a QUICKER shipping method. INCLUDED shipping includes - fully insured package, for their listing price, appropriately boxed and packaged well to ensure no harm is done in transit. Its the exact cost it would have been if the shipping cost was separate, I for one, do not pad any listing with extra shipping cost.
