So it was probably just me not paying enough attention to the numbers, but this bag is HUGE. I put all the stuff I usually carry around in it and still had space lol. It's a really good bag and I've had fun decorating it, but it doesn't come with an insert, so I had to buy some craft foam and cut it to size, which is like, fine. A lot of places to put things, good quality, and the customer service was really nice too! :)

The bag is wonderful! I didn't realise how big this actually was, but I'm grateful for that! so much space for my pins and items, and the design is very appealing, I love it. solid materials, I especially appreciate the extra long handles that came with it. As for customer service, it was equally as good. Understanding and professional. All in all, wonderful bag and I'm very happy with the service!

I love this bag! It is so incredibly spacious and you can use the hidden pocket to pull out the packing paper to make more room in the bag if you run out of space (it took me like a week to figure that out). It's very high quality and well made. I love everything about it. Mostly. I only have two complaints, and they don't preclude me from using the bag one bit. First, the bag straps are not removable, and they are rather inflexible so they always stick out / get in the way, especially if you're using the backpack straps. Second, there is no insert in the clear portion, so if you want to pin anything you have to create your own insert, or go through the pleather which is difficult if you don't have strong pins. If those two things were fixed, they'd be a 10/10 for me.
