I bought this item from the shop, it was packaged well but the delivery driver just flopped it on the porch. hard. broke it. asked for a replacement, promptly received another...same thing. i could hear it from inside my house get tossed like a rag doll. had fragile stickers all over it, delivery driver didnt bother. the store was nice enough to give me the money back even though it was no fault of their own.
