Etsy Shop Policies – Returns, Exchanges & EU Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

Buyers in the EU and EEA may cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of delivery.
To exercise this right, contact us via Etsy messaging within 14 days and state that you wish to cancel or return the item.

Exceptions

Made-to-order or personalized items (e.g., printed t-shirts, hoodies, towels) cannot be returned for change-of-mind.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are always eligible for return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

Contact us within 14 days of receipt with order details and photos.
Return items in unused, unwashed, and original condition.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges for faulty items will be arranged promptly at no extra cost.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested within 2 hours of purchase before production starts.
Once production has started for made-to-order items, cancellations may not be possible.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Hygiene Notice

Apparel and textile products (towels, t-shirts, hoodies) must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Items returned damaged, worn, or unfit for resale may not be eligible for a refund.

Made-to-Order Items

Many products are made-to-order and printed after purchase.
Slight variations in color, placement, or print intensity may occur.

Care Instructions (for all apparel and towels)

Machine wash at 40°C or below
Do not bleach
Air dry or tumble dry low
Do not iron
Smooth the fabric in the direction of the print after washing to maintain quality

Shipping & Production

All items are made to order and printed by our production partner.
Processing times: typically 2–5 business days, depending on demand.
Items are carefully packaged for safe delivery.
