Gift wrapping and packaging

Right now, we can only offer gift wrapping for our smaller jewelry pieces. There is an extra charge, so if you don't see a gift wrapping option in the dropdown menu for a jewelry item, just send us a private message and we'll get you set up!

Custom and personalized orders

Good news! We're constantly adding new ways to personalize our items. If you spot something you'd love to make your own but don't see a personalization option, just give us a shout. We'll do our best to make your wish a reality!

Wholesale availability

We do not have wholesale at this time.

Please refer to the sizing charts included in each listing for best fit.

Apparel & Pottery The care instructions for our apparel can be found in each item's description. Our ceramic pottery is both dishwasher and microwave safe. However, if your pot has any special embellishments, we recommend handwashing it to keep it looking its best. Jewelry Our jewelry is either gold-fill or gold-plated over brass. To keep it in great condition, make sure to: Keep it away from lotions and perfumes. Store it separately to avoid scratches.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrectly printed

Got a problem with your order? No worries, we're here to help! Please send us a quick note with a photo of the full item, plus a couple of close-up photos showing the damage or incorrect print. We'll work directly with our print partners to get a free replacement sent your way. Please note that we can't offer refunds, but we're committed to ensuring your order is perfect. We take special care to securely pack all pottery items, and we're proud to say we've never had a broken delivery yet!

Can I order personalized charm bracelets?

That's an awesome idea! We don't have a formal custom charm bracelet service, but we love a good challenge and want to help if we can. Send us a message and tell us what you have in mind. We'd love to see if we can make your dream bracelet a reality!

Do you offer bulk orders for jewelry or pottery

Good question! It all depends on what you mean by "bulk." If you're looking for several bracelets for bridesmaid gifts or a grouping of pottery pieces, we can likely make that happen. Just keep in mind that the turnaround time will be a bit longer than our usual ready-to-ship items. Give us a shout with what you have in mind! We'd love to see what we can do.
