Handcrafted Solid Bronze Dandelion Bracelet Shank Button

I make my shank holes the right size to be able to fit 2mm leather cord. The shank is a thick 16 gauge wire.

These were crafted from a wax seal stamp. I intentionally leave the edges raw to maintain a more rustic, artisanal appearance. This process allows the clay to naturally form, imparting distinct character to each piece. For this reason, the edges of each piece are slightly unique, and no two are alike.

The raw edges on my wax seal charms and buttons is my signature style. But if you do not like the raw edges, I can do perfectly smooth and refined edges as a custom order. Please contact me if you are looking for perfect edges, and I can make them just for you.

This piece was handcrafted by me from pure bronze. Each piece goes through a long process of being hand formed, sanded, then kiln fired for several hours, oxidized, tumbled, polished and sealed. Because of it's hand formed nature, no two pieces are alike, and I may not be able to reproduce an identical piece.

Copper and bronze sizing: Each metal has a different shrinkage rate when it is fired. My bronze is low shrinkage, and my copper is higher shrinkage. Because of this, my bronze pieces are approx. 25% larger than the copper counterparts from the same mold, so please take this into consideration when purchasing, and check measurements in the listings.
