If you decide to cancel after we’ve sent your mockup but before you’ve given your final approval, a $25 fee per person/Per pet in drawing (or custom design) will be deducted from your refund. This fee reflects the time our talented artists have invested in crafting your bespoke creation. All can coolers are made to order and personalized just for you, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges. If there's an error on our part, we'll gladly provide a corrected replacement or refund if time is not alloted for replacement.. Contact us within 5 days of delivery to receive return authorization and return items within 5 days of receiving them. Shipping is non-refundable.
