This gorgeous centerpiece is the perfect addition to your Spring table or entryway! Incredibly realistic hydrangea combine with realistic greenery create a lovely, modern farmhouse arrangement. This arrangement comes in small, medium, and large sizes.

These arrangements are available in three different sizes:
Small: Crate outside diameter is 4x4"
Medium: Crate outside diameter is 12x4" (size in photo)
Large: Crate outside diameter is 20x4"

These arrangements are also available without the wooden box/crate. This way customers can simply buy the wooden crate once and replace the centerpiece with the seasons. The refill will come in dry foam that slides right into the appropriately sized box.

Small refill foam - 2.5 x 2.5" inces
Medium refill foam is 8" x 2 and 3/4" inches
Large refill foam is around 17" x 2 and 3/4" inches
