GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you Janet! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The nautilus I received had damaged during transit. I sent her a picture of the damage. Janet said she would send me a replacement. Great communication and customer service. Will definitely do business with this whole again.

It's so lovely! I originally purchased it for my desk at work but decided to keep it home with me so I can admire it more often. Seller was very kind when I misunderstood the shipping time frame for this item. Beautiful nautilus and seller great to work with!
