All of our pieces are made to order, which means we don’t keep extra stock on hand — so we can’t take returns right now. But if something arrives damaged or there’s a printing mistake, no worries. Just send us a quick message with some photos, and we’ll get a replacement out to you fast. We’ve got you covered 💫

Do You Accept Cancellations?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. We usually jump into production pretty quickly (sometimes within the first hour), so if you need to make a change or cancel, please message us right away. We’ll help you sort it out.

What If My Package Arrives Broken?

If your order shows up in rough shape, take a few clear photos and message us ASAP. It’s usually a shipping issue, but don’t stress — we’ll send a replacement or refund you so you’re not left hanging.

I Put the Wrong Address!

Double-check your shipping info before hitting that checkout button 🙏 If the address is wrong and the package gets lost or returned, we can’t offer a refund or replacement. But if you need to place a new order, we’ll offer a little discount to help out.
