Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns and exchanges. Since I create custom work and make-to-order items that are printed in the color and size selected by you, they cannot be readily resold. I want to speed up my cargo! What can I do?

To ensure your desired delivery date, we highly recommend considering our rush and express shipping options. These can be found in your cart after adding your item/items but before finalizing your payment. It gives you the flexibility to make an informed choice. Please note: In the event of an incorrect order, and if we are unable to contact you for the necessary corrections, we'll hold the order for 1-2 days to prepare the product. If we don't receive a response within that timeframe, we may need to cancel the order. Your prompt attention to order details is greatly appreciated.

Is it possible to update my shipping address if I entered it incorrectly? (or) My package has been returned to your facility; can I arrange for it to be resent?
