Returns are only accepted if the incorrect item was shipped. Patterns are not returnable due to copyright laws. If a buyer requests to return an item due to no fault of the Seller, the Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges will be deducted from Buyers refund. There will not be a refund for orders shipped to the address on the order and the order is returned. Orders "Refused" by buyers will not be refunded.

Order Receipts/Packing Slips

In order to conserve resources, our shop does not include a paper order receipt/packing slip with your order. You will find a record of your purchase within your Etsy account.

Interfacing Shipping Policy

Due to the high cost of shipping larger amounts of interfacing, I am not always able to offer free shipping on interfacing orders, domestic shipping is included in the price of my interfacing unless stated otherwise. Interfacing will usually be folded in half in order to ship at the most reasonable cost. If you prefer to not have your interfacing folded, please message me and I will create a custom listing with accurate shipping charges.

Missing/Damaged Shipment

The USPS is responsible for the delivery and tracking of a package once as a seller I have labeled and dropped the shipment off. I will be glad to help you find tracking information, but sole responsibility for delivery does fall on the USPS. If you would like to insure your order, please contact me for additional information regarding added insurance charges. The buyer is responsible for filing a missing or damaged shipment claim with their local post office.

Patterns Shipped with Domestic Standard Shipping

The standard shipping method for patterns includes USPS First Class Stamped Mail Service using Etsy Labels with a transit number provided by Pitney Bowes. The transit number is provided by Etsy as proof of shipping only and NOT for tracking purposes and is not able to be tracked by the USPS system and does not include USPS package insurance. This shipping method is covered under Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program as a refund from Etsy paid to buyer once a claim is filed if the pattern is not delivered by USPS. The shop does not ship replacement patterns in the case of non-delivery as Etsy offers the buyer the option for a full refund. Ground Advantage with tracking is available as a shipping upgrade and is also covered by Etsy's PPP.

Items Returned to Sender

The buyer is responsible for entering correct address at checkout. (I am NOT able to ship to any address other than what is entered at checkout.) If an order is returned to Texas Mom Designs (TMD) and it was shipped to the address entered by the buyer, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges. If TMD elects to refund a returned shipment, the refund given will be less the expense to ship the original order. Refunds will NOT be issued for orders "Refused" buy the buyer.

Free Domestic Shipping Policy

When Free Domestic Shipping is offered, the order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Ground Advantage. If you would like your order upgraded to USPS Priority Mail, please message the shop for an estimated upgrade charge. Free shipping may not be applicable during shop sales. Any shipping charges over USPS published rates will be refunded to the buyer.

Sale Order Processing Policy

Texas Mom Designs will process orders in the order received during a sale. Due to the large volume of orders, we will not combine orders for shipping unless prior arrangements have been made between the buyer and TMD. Order cancellations and returns will not be accepted unless the incorrect item was shipped. All sales are considered final once an order is placed, even if it has not shipped. Any overpayment for shipping will be refunded to the buyer once the order is processed for shipping.

The finished project measures approximately 21″ × 43″—a stylish wall hanging or table runner that showcases bold contrast and clean piecing.
