FABRIC INFORMATION:

- 100% ringspun cotton
- Preshrunk, soft-washed, garment-dyed fabric
- Made without side seams
- Double needle stitching on all seams for added durability
- The fabric is created to be a softer, better-quality fabric that feels broken in already!

CARE INFORMATION:
- Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F)
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry: low heat
- Iron, steam or dry: low heat
- Do not dryclean

1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Production usually takes 1–5 business days, though custom or large orders (10+ items) and orders including youth sizes may take a little longer to make.
Once shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, while international shipping can take 10–30 days, depending on your location and customs processing.
*Please note: During the holiday season, shipping times may extend due to carrier delays and high order volume. If you need your order by Christmas, it’s best to place it at least 2½ weeks in advance to allow plenty of time for production and delivery.

2. WILL THE INK AND SHIRT COLOR MATCH PERFECTLY?
Not exactly! Fabric texture and shirt color can cause slight variations in how ink appears once printed. We do our best to ensure colors complement beautifully, but small differences are part of the charm of custom printing.

3. HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
To find your best fit, we recommend measuring a shirt you already own and love the fit of, then comparing those measurements to the size chart listed in the product photos or description.
This method is the most reliable way to ensure your new shirt fits comfortably and true to your preferences.

4. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Because each item is custom-made, returns are only accepted if an item arrives with a printing error, defect, or incorrect size. Please double-check the size guide before ordering to ensure your best fit.

5. WHAT WILL MY ORDER LOOK LIKE IN PERSON?
Your order will look very close to the listing photos! I use real products and models to show accurate representations. Small differences may occur due to lighting, editing, or screen settings, but these don’t affect the quality or uniqueness of your item.

6. CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER?
Absolutely! You can add multiple sizes, colors, or personalization options directly to your cart, and then adjust the quantities from there. For groups of 10 or more items, production may take a few extra days—but it’s worth the wait for your coordinated set!
