I ship out on Monday's mostly , Tuesday if I'm running behind. Please purchase WINTER INSURANCE., which includes a heat pack and insolation if it will be below 40° at night where you are located.
I do use recycled materials in my shipping. I do not do returns but will do my best to replace the plant if it has arrived damaged beyond recovery or dead. Please record your unboxing in the case that your plant arrives dead for a replacement.
All plants are grown in high humidity.
I recommend leaving your new baby as is for at least 10 days, do not immediately repot. I use a premium soil mix made of Fox Farm Happy frog, perlite, pumice, lava rocks, and tree fern fiber. I also added DYNOMYCO Granular Mycorrhizal Fungi and osmocote plus to the mix. This will most likely lead to healthy and fast growing seedlings.
